Credit Information Agencies: Entities specialized in collecting, maintaining, and providing relevant information on the credit and financial activities of individuals and companies. These agencies play a fundamental role in the financial system by collecting data on payment histories, loans, credit cards, and other types of debt. Using this information, they generate reports and credit scores, including but not limited to: Círculo de Crédito and Buró de Crédito.
Judicial Tracking Systems: These are specialized platforms that conduct legal investigations of public information, monitoring and receiving any legal, judicial, or media notifications from the data subjects, including but not limited to: Apolo Service, Búho Legal, and Capterra.
Computer Systems: Cloud storage platforms are online systems that allow users to store, synchronize, and access their files and data from anywhere with an internet connection, simplifying collaboration and effective information management, including but not limited to: Egnyte, OneDrive, and Google Drive.

II. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

Urbanhub México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter, “UrbanHub”) and its affiliates wish to inform you about the rights and obligations established by law, demonstrating their commitment to respecting the privacy of data subjects and assuming responsibility for the use and processing of such information. Additionally, please note that the registered office of Urbanhub and its affiliates is located at Boulevard Manuel Ávila Camacho No. 126, 7th Floor, Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo District, Zip Code 11000, Mexico City.

III. PURPOSES FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED

The personal data you provide to UrbanHub and its Affiliates will be processed exclusively for the following purposes, which are essential to the fulfillment of the relationship we establish with you, depending on the relationship with each data subject (candidates, employees, clients or prospective clients, suppliers, prospective suppliers, tenants or prospective tenants, and visitors). UrbanHub and its Affiliates use your personal information for a variety of purposes related to its business or contractual relationship. This includes providing information about products and services, identifying you as a client or supplier, processing requests for additional services, resolving complaints and comments, carrying out billing processes, and maintaining contact when necessary.

In addition, UrbanHub and its Affiliates use your data to manage internal aspects of the business relationship, such as reviewing work experience and health (employee hiring), tracking payments, and updating information in its internal system. Your data is also used for the tenant selection process for units in the various properties owned by UrbanHub and Affiliates (we reserve the right to grant temporary use of units), to assess financial capacity, to monitor visitors to its facilities, to send relevant communications, promotions, newsletters, and to inform you about courses and events organized by UrbanHub and Affiliates, always maintaining follow-up related to these purposes.

IV. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FROM THE HOLDER

To fulfill the purposes established in this Notice, UrbanHub and its affiliates may collect and use the Holder’s Personal Data, including full name, nationality, date of birth, marital status, address, federal taxpayer registration (RFC), unique population registration code (CURP), official identification, images captured at our facilities (offices or properties owned by Urbanhub) through video surveillance systems, mobile or landline telephone numbers (home or office), email address, academic history, employment references, position or job title held in an organization, information related to judicial proceedings obtained through Judicial Tracking Systems, Sensitive Data, such as health status, religious beliefs, and union affiliation (employee hiring), Asset and Financial Data, such as economic activity, financial capacity, bank account number, bank statements, payroll receipts, tax information, credit history through Credit Information Agencies, income and expenses, insurance, solvency and suitability certificates, and in the case of legal entities, articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, annual declaration, financial statements, ordinary and extraordinary meetings that modify shareholdings, corporate purpose, address, or company name. The category and nature of the personal, sensitive, property, and financial data will depend on the specific relationship that the Data Subject (candidates, employees, clients or prospective clients, suppliers, prospective suppliers, tenants or prospective tenants, and visitors) maintains with UrbanHub and Affiliates.

UrbanHub and Affiliates may obtain information indirectly through publicly accessible sources or permitted transfers. If you interact with us through social media, we may process the information contained in your public profile, as well as the content of your posts on said platform. We inform you that UrbanHub and Affiliates may process the personal data of third parties acting as personal references. By providing us with the personal data of said third parties so that UrbanHub and Affiliates can communicate with them by physical or electronic means, you acknowledge having obtained the necessary consent in accordance with applicable law. UrbanHub and Affiliates undertake not to transfer or share the personal data collected, except when necessary to fulfill the purposes established in this Notice or in response to requests from government authorities.

V. REGARDING THE LIMITATION OF USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

Urbanhub and Affiliates inform you that your personal data will be stored and processed using computer systems or through the Internet. Because electronic communications are not completely secure, and any computer system may be exposed to potential vulnerabilities that affect its security, UrbanHub and Affiliates cannot guarantee that there will be no damage, loss, misplacement, alteration, or unauthorized processing. However, Urbanhub and its Affiliates will comply with the administrative, physical, and technical security measures in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Law. Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Law, we require your express consent for the processing of your sensitive personal data. Therefore, by signing, you are granting full consent to the processing of such data.

It should be noted that all personal data collected by Urbanhub and its Affiliates is essential to maintain the relationship with the data subject, whether considered a candidate, employee, client or prospective client, supplier, prospective supplier, tenant or prospective tenant, or visitor. Therefore, revocation of consent or exercise of the right to erasure for the processing of such data will result in the termination of the contract or relationship entered into with Urbanhub and its Affiliates, without liability for the latter.

VI. MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OPPOSITION

The Data Subject has the right at all times to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of use we provide (Access). Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification). Likewise, you have the right to have your information deleted from our records or databases if you consider it is not being used appropriately (Cancellation); as well as the right to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

In accordance with the Law, data subjects or their legal representatives may exercise ARCO rights at any time. This exercise of any of the ARCO rights does NOT exclude the possibility of exercising any of the others, nor can it constitute a prerequisite for the exercise of any of these rights. To exercise any of your ARCO rights, you must submit the respective request via the following email address: info@urbanhub.com.mx, by sending a letter to the aforementioned email address. This request must include:

Name of the data subject and address or other means of communication to you.
Valid official identification of the data subject and, where applicable, of their representative.
Clear and precise description of the personal data for which you are seeking to exercise your ARCO rights.
Any other information or document that facilitates locating the personal data.

If the information/documentation is incorrect or insufficient, Urbanhub and its affiliates may request the missing information to process your request within 5 (five) business days of receiving your request. You will have 10 (ten) business days to respond to this request, starting on the day after receiving it. If you do not respond within this period, the request will be deemed not submitted. If your information or documentation is accurate and contains all the necessary elements to process your ARCO right request, Urbanhub and its Affiliates will respond within 10 (ten) business days of receiving your request.

VII. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

At UrbanHub, we take appropriate measures to protect your Personal Data at all times. To this end, we may occasionally transfer your information between our Affiliated companies. Furthermore, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we may share your personal data with administrative, judicial, or governmental authorities if required by court or administrative order. Likewise, if we subcontract third parties to process your information, they will only do so under our instructions and with adequate data protection measures. It is important to note that your personal data will only be shared with third parties, including prospects, potential buyers, acquirers, or third parties interested in doing business or establishing a legal relationship with us, provided we have your prior consent. At all times, we will take measures to ensure the adequate protection of your personal data and the security of your personal information.

VIII. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

This Notice may be modified or updated at any time by Urbanhub and its Affiliates. If this occurs, such modifications will be publicly available on our website (www.urbanista.mx). We recommend that you visit our website periodically to stay informed about such updates or modifications.
IX. CONSENT AND REVOCATION

By signing this document, the data subject declares that he or she has read and understood the contents of this Notice and gives his or her consent to the processing of his or her Personal Data in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated herein. This consent also covers the processing of his or her Personal, Sensitive, Asset, and Financial Data.
